I can't believe, more than ten years later, how funny this is. I actually love this. Where has my ability to perceive Flash claymation quality been all my life? Knox is a genius. This is a masterpiece of weird dialogue and sight gag humour. I'm blown away.

I think I was wrong to have low expectations for Clock Day this year. This was the first Clock Day 2022 movie I clicked on (unless you count the one I contributed to) and it was honestly a delight. I was caught very off-guard by the monologues about wasps.

Congrats, Adobe{.} You've broken Deimos. I was trying to preserve this thing on my harddrive, but now it won't even play on The Internet.

I don't review Newgrounds content often, anymore, but since I came here I figure that I better do this one.

So, Deimos is a good Halloween interactive cartoon, from what I remember. It asks you to make decisions about what a numbed human being does with their mind and body with the powers of a demon thing. Most decisions you make cause the same ending, but I tried all of them back when I was younger and still had access to the content of this page, and ultimately got to see the most scary ending. It is somewhat harrowing to continue going down the dark path that leads to this ending and if I'm thinking right, it's proper-spooky in its own way.

If it is required of me that I buy a television subscription to watch this legally, or buy a blu-ray player to watch it legally, I absolutely will. This is so much fun and I hope to Maui that this thing ends up on TV for half the world or more to see. Wow, you even crafted the puppets yourself. 11 years well-spent!

Wow. I wasn't expecting that this cartoon was going to (in my perception) salvage itself, but the sheer movement result during that little dance the creepy guy does amazed me. Funniest 4 seconds of animation I've seen on Newgrounds in a long time. My new favourite frame-pile.

You know what really bothers me about this show? They're basically re-perpetuating the myth that ducks don't get killed if you give them bread. Because yeah, bread in reality will completely mess up a duck's insides.

Overall I think Breadwinners is another unwatchable present-day cartoon with too heavy an emphasis on ugly characters/jokes/design, and D the Dog of D's is shooting fish in a barrel again.

Wow. I really am surprised by how much I liked that. I mean, I really did find it funny, but how? It's a flip phone opening and closing repeatedly. Nevertheless, I just got true laughs from a cartoon that was only 20 seconds long. Congratulations Nein!

I don't quite understand Pencilmation anymore.

I'm going to start with the good things about this series. Pencilmation is very well animated. I can't deny that. The characters can move quickly and display a lot of emotion in a very short amount of time. It's pretty simple, and I can understand what's happening to the characters.

The problem is, (and here's the bad part) the characters are only being tortured. They're being attacked by a heartless pencil. Everything that the character who is different does is destroyed by a pencil who only wants to make his life worse. It just doesn't end. All the conformists in the series are winning, and they won't stop winning. It's like every character in Pencilmation is either emotionless or throwing a temper tantrum.

Was that a jumpscare in the end credits?

I didn't expect the cartoon to be this good. There are plenty of cartoons out there with somebody trying to get a point across and others can't understand. Normally such a cartoon is fucking annoying, but Malk did it right. This is a decent cartoon and did what it needed to actually be funny. I think the only thing that could be considered bad is the subtitles, they're a bit invasive. I don't really get why the characters are humanoid animals.

Did anybody else see that cat get put in the oven?

A big ol' neurologically rare fellow who starts and finishes more creative projects in more mediums than he probably should. Flash creation was never my strong suit as a skill, but I was able to become a competent game developer and highly-varied artist.
